A Retelling of Greed and Woe...
Hello, Readers! I'm back again with another surprise announcement and reveal! You seemed to have loved the major revisions to Terraria: Wrath of Cthulhu, which inspired me to overhaul my (still) favorite tie-in story: "Skeletons in the Deep!" For those of you who never read the original short story, "Skeletons in the Deep" tells the doomed story of Gifre, a greedy nobody desperate to become a "somebody" at whatever the price. He achieves his goal, but it costs him everything, including his life. This is a cautionary tale of greed that also explains the origin of Terraria's skeletons. As an added bonus, it ties directly into Wrath of Cthulhu! As with my revision of Wrath of Cthulhu, I did my best to keep the core story intact while bringing it new life (pun intended?).
