August Blog Update!

 Hello Readers!

Back again with yet another blog update!

We're getting pretty good at this, aren't we?

Book 6 in the Legends series is coming along well, with plenty of exciting things happening! So far, it reminds me a lot of one of my favorite Terraria books so far, Flesh and Blood, with its darker tones and grim outlook...

It's becoming more and more difficult to share things from the book without spoiling its setting and theme, but here's another teaser that captures some of the excitement (and terror!) our heroes face!

I paused mid-sentence upon hearing a large commotion of water splashing in the distance. Snapping my head in that direction, I could make out a massive dark shape twisting and churning the water.

“Get me out! GET ME OUT!” I panicked and screamed as the thick mud beneath the water clung tightly to me.

Maxwell rushed into the water as deep as he dared trying not get get us both stuck. Stretching out his arm, we could just barely brush our armored fingertips as I struggled to free my lower body.

The monster beneath the waves churned towards me as we struggled more desperately to get me out of its way.

“Pull!” I yelled at Maxwell.

“I am!”

It was too late;

Soon, and I mean very soon, I'm looking forward to sharing the actual title of the book! As it draws near completion, this continues to easily be one of my favorite books!
